- This charge comes from internet access, downloading and browsing for apps (ringtones, wallpapers, games, email...)
- You can prevent this by either blocking these features or adding a data package. A $10 / 75MB package more than enough for most people. Unlimited data packages are $29.99 a month.
- How do I get my pictures from my phone to my computer?
- If your phone takes a memory card, the easiest way is to save to an SD memory card. You can then insert the card into computer with a card reader.
- If your phone doesn't take a memory card, you can send a picture message to an email address, the same as you would send to another phone.
- Am I charged for a text message if I don't open it?
- Yes, any message your phone received, whether open or not, it charged to your account. Verizon wants to protect your privacy in communication through your phone.
- What is a premium text message?
- Premium text messages come from a company and not another person. Generally you will charged on a per message basis or via a monthly fee. Premium messages can be blocked.

- Yes, we accept cash payment for your contract bill, and we can put time on your prepaid phone. There is a $3 processing fee for contract bill payments.
